Vistaprint Corporate Solutions (VCS) is a new stand-alone start up from Vistaprint, focusing on streamlining print solutions for mid-market to enterprise-level companies. As a start-up organization, we continue to experience rapid growth, specifically within our Inside Sales team, and are looking for a Sales Training Manager to join our Sales Leadership team. The Sales Training Manager will build our ongoing sales training curriculum, identify knowledge and training gaps, and implement teaching and coaching plans with the goal of developing a World Class sales organization.





We're looking for an experienced B2B sales expert who will create and deliver a robust sales training program that will support a motivated inside sales team. You will not only be responsible for the hands-on onboarding of our new hire classes, but also the ongoing development of our current sales teams. As our business continues to evolve and change, the successful individual will also streamline communication cross functionally between marketing, product, and technology to ensure the sales team have all up-to-date information to continue to drive revenue from customers.





Your role will involve:






+ Develop, manage, maintain, and continuously improve the VCS Onboarding Training curriculum, on-going sales process, sales tool, and product trainings.


+ Partner with Sales Management team to co-manage day-to-day coaching and training process, including team learning activities, plug-ins and other sales development opportunities.


+ Facilitate and streamline all cross-functional communication and updates to sales teams by creating a single channel messaging process and documentation strategy.


+ Coordinate with Sales Managers and Salesforce Administration team to ensure BDRs are utilizing the CRM and the entire suite of sales tools correctly


+ Develop analytics to measure sales training effectiveness






In return you will bring:






+ 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience (inside sales a plus!)


+ Experience in coaching and/or delivering sales specific trainings


+ Strong understanding of sales process and sales tools used in a CRM environment


+ Knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques


+ Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills


+ Ability to get things done; solution based thinking coupled with agility


+ Entrepreneurial mindset; highly adaptable and comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity
